Lisa Edwards has more than a decade of experience as a Paralegal in the field of Family Law.  Working together with our Attorneys, she has assisted numerous clients through stressful circumstances to attain critical objectives concerning marital dissolution, child custody, property division and support issues.

As MLG’s Adoption Coordinator, Lisa is highly knowledgeable of Adoption Law and the adoption process, and her skill and resourcefulness are highly valued by the adoption attorneys, agencies, social workers and hospital staff she assists.  As an adoptive parent herself, Lisa is extremely insightful and shows tremendous compassion when managing the relationships between Birth Parents and Adoptive Parents.  Lisa is a multifaceted employee who exemplifies integrity, diligence and compassion in all she does.

Lisa and her husband, Cameron, are the parents of four children.  Their youngest son, Gabriel, still lives at home and keeps their family busy with a variety of activities, including indoor and outdoor soccer, and Lisa enjoys being team mom.  They have one grandson and have another grandchild--a girl this time!--on the way.  Lisa enjoys family trips to the beach and traveling to visit with adoptive parents who have become dear friends through her work in the Adoption field.
